Many streams in. One outcome out.
Everything you need to present Flowra consistently — on the web, in decks, on WhatsApp and in print. If something isn’t covered here, choose the calmer, plainer option.
Positioning
Who we are, for whom, and why.
What Flowra is
A business-automation studio that designs, builds and runs the workflows behind orders, approvals, invoices and inboxes.
Promise
Work, in flow. AI does the reading; people keep the decisions.
For
Startups, growing companies and enterprises — Sri Lanka first, then the UK, Australia, the Gulf and beyond. Owners, operations leads, finance teams and CIOs.
Family
A brand of TechZap Solutions. Flowra automates processes and uses AI as a step; ZENTIQ builds bespoke enterprise AI; Zaptra builds websites and growth; TechZap Labs builds products.
The story
Sri Lanka’s ancient engineers built cascades of reservoirs, each passing water to the next through stone sluices — systems that still work today. A rule attributed to King Parakramabahu I asked that no drop of rain reach the sea without first serving people. Flowra holds work to the same rule: every message, request and invoice is caught, used and passed on.
Logo
Converge: three streams of work — a message, an email, a form — arrive from different places and leave as one finished outcome.
48-unit grid. Streams 5 units wide with round ends, 15 units apart, meeting at x = 33. The node is a 6.5-unit circle at x = 38, overlapping the meeting point. The wordmark’s x-height matches the streams’ span around the middle line.
Use it well
- Clear space: at least the node’s diameter (13 units) on every side.
- Minimum size: mark 16 px; full logo 96 px wide on screen, 25 mm in print.
- On Night or dark photos use the dark logo; on Paper or white, the light logo.
- The node is Mint on dark and Mint Ink on light. One-colour versions are for single-colour print only.
Don’t
- Recolour the streams, add a gradient to the mark, or outline it.
- Add or remove streams, or move the node.
- Retype the wordmark — use the files, which are outlined.
- Put the logo on busy imagery without a Night scrim.
Colour
Mostly Night and Mist. Mint is rare, so it means something: the outcome, the action, the thing that is live.
Proportion on a typical screen: Night 62 · Deep 20 · Mist 12 · Mint 5 · Periwinkle 1. The flow gradient (Mint → Periwinkle) is used on one or two words per page, never on buttons or the mark.
Type
Two families, both free (SIL Open Font Licence) and self-hosted.
Display · Funnel Display SemiBold
Work, in flow.
Headlines and the wordmark. Tracking −4.5% (−5.5% at hero size), leading 0.92–1.0, sentence case. One idea per headline; a second clause may drop to Mist 3.

Body 17 px / 1.6, lead 18–21 px, small 14 px. Numbers in tables use tabular figures.
Voice
Sound like a senior operator who explains things clearly — never like a hype deck.
“We automate your invoice reminders.”
“We orchestrate event-driven AR workflows.”
“Orders go from WhatsApp to Xero without anyone re-typing them.”
“We revolutionise your operations with AI.”
“A single flow is usually live in a few weeks.”
“Transform your business overnight.”
“Your people keep the decisions.”
“Replace your team with AI agents!”
Tagline
Work, in flow.
Boilerplate
Flowra is a business-automation studio from Sri Lanka, part of TechZap Solutions. It designs, builds and runs the workflows that move orders, approvals, invoices and messages through a business — using AI where it reads well and keeping people on the decisions that matter.
Proof is never invented: no made-up clients, numbers, reviews or logos. Example data is always labelled as an example.
Graphic language
Built from the mark: streams that converge on a node.
Converging lines. Hero, covers and closing panels. Thin Mint lines at 20–35% opacity, one solid node.
Real interface. Show the work as real, legible UI with believable sample data — never grey placeholder bars.

Photography. Real places of origin — tanks, channels, working Sri Lanka — slightly desaturated, credited. Never stock “people pointing at screens”.
