Invoice & finance automation Invoices out, bills in, payments matched.

Invoices raised from orders, reminders sent on schedule, bank slips matched to what they pay, and supplier bills read and posted — in Xero, QuickBooks or Zoho Books.

Why it matters

Accounts teams spend their days re-typing: order totals into invoices, PDF bills into the ledger, bank slips against what they pay. A flow does the typing and the matching, and leaves your accountants the exceptions — the short payment, the bill without a PO, the customer who needs a call.

What we build

  • Invoices raised from orders or timesheets
  • Polite payment reminders that escalate on schedule
  • Bank slips and transfers matched to invoices
  • Supplier bills read, matched to POs and posted

FAQ

Questions about invoice & finance automation.

Anything else? hello@techzap.co.uk

Which accounting systems do you work with?

Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books most often, and ERPs such as SAP and Oracle through their APIs or files. If yours has an API or an import, it can usually be connected.

Can AI read our supplier invoices?

Yes — PDFs, scans and photos. It extracts the supplier, lines and totals, checks them against the purchase order, and sends anything that doesn’t match to a person instead of posting it.

Will the reminders sound like us?

They are written with you, in your tone, and escalate on the schedule you choose. Customers who have paid, or are in a dispute, are skipped.

Is it safe to let a flow post to our books?

Each flow gets only the access it needs. Where a mistake would be costly, a person approves before anything is posted, and every step is logged.

Bring us one process that frustrates your team.

In a Flow Audit we map how it really runs, show where it leaks, and tell you honestly what is worth automating — with a fixed quote for the work.
