System & API integration Systems that finally talk to each other.
POS to accounts, shop to warehouse, HR to payroll, forms to spreadsheets. If it has an API, a database or just an inbox, we connect it — and keep it connected when the other side changes.
When systems don’t talk, people do the talking for them — exporting, re-typing, reconciling. We connect them directly: through an API where there is one, and through files, databases or email where there isn’t. Then we keep watching the connection, because the other side always changes eventually.

Often the first flow in these industries.
Our software has no API. Can it still be connected?
Often, yes — through scheduled exports, a database connection, a shared folder or an inbox it already emails from. We check before we quote.
What happens when one of the systems updates?
Under Flow Care every run is monitored, and the integration is updated when an API or file format changes — usually before anyone notices.
Do you use n8n or write custom code?
Both. Most integrations are built in n8n or Make, with custom code in Node.js or Java where a connection needs it. Everything is documented, and yours.
Bring us one process that frustrates your team.
In a Flow Audit we map how it really runs, show where it leaks, and tell you honestly what is worth automating — with a fixed quote for the work.
