Manufacturing automation PO, GRN and invoice, matched for you.

Purchase orders, goods received notes and supplier invoices live in different places and are matched by hand.

What changes

Flows read supplier invoices as they arrive, match them to the purchase order and goods received note, post the ones that agree and route the ones that don’t to a person. Purchase approvals follow your value limits, and stock and production alerts reach the right people.

FAQ

Questions about manufacturing automation.

Anything else? hello@techzap.co.uk

Does it work with our ERP?

SAP, Oracle, Zoho and most ERPs with an API or import can be connected. Where the ERP holds the approval, the flow feeds it rather than replacing it.

What if the three documents don’t agree?

The invoice isn’t posted. It goes to a person with the differences highlighted, and the decision is logged.

Bring us one process that frustrates your team.

In a Flow Audit we map how it really runs, show where it leaks, and tell you honestly what is worth automating — with a fixed quote for the work.
