WhatsApp & chat automation Messages that turn into finished orders.

WhatsApp, web chat and email that take orders, book appointments and answer the routine questions — then hand over to a person, with the whole thread, when it needs one.

Why it matters

Most of the work behind a chat order is copying: the items into the POS, the total into a payment link, the address into a courier booking. A flow does the copying. AI reads the message the way customers actually type it, and anything it isn’t sure of goes to a person with the whole conversation. We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, not workarounds that get numbers blocked.

What we build

FAQ

Questions about whatsapp & chat automation.

Anything else? hello@techzap.co.uk

Can it use our existing WhatsApp number?

Usually, yes. Automation runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform; before anything is built we check whether your current number can move to it, or set up a new one with you.

What happens when it can’t answer?

It hands over. A person gets the conversation with the whole thread and what the flow already understood, and the customer is told someone is on it. You decide which questions always go to a person.

Can customers pay inside the chat?

They get a payment link — PayHere, Stripe or your bank’s gateway — and the payment is matched to the order automatically when it lands.

Is this just a chatbot?

The chat is the front; the work is behind it — the order entered, the payment matched, the kitchen or warehouse told. A chatbot that only answers questions leaves the copying to your team.

Bring us one process that frustrates your team.

In a Flow Audit we map how it really runs, show where it leaks, and tell you honestly what is worth automating — with a fixed quote for the work.
